The 12-Week Program
Using a set of proven frameworks, tools and techniques, we work with you to deep-dive into your customer value proposition and the business model that delivers that proposition. We have tailored the approach for the needs of micro-businesses, so you can get access to insights that are normally reserved for bigger companie with deeper pockets.
Consultancy Support
This is one of the unique elements of our approach in The Glasshouse. As part of your investment and engagement in the 12-week program, you get access to 50 hours of consultancy capability. This consultancy can be focused on the elements of your business that will benefit the most. The quality of these consultancy services are normally reserved for larger businesses with deeper pockets.
Mentoring
As part of the Program you have access to mentoring from people with deep and broad experience working with successful businesses, of all sizes, across several sectors. Our mentors are also working with the UK Government program - Help To Grow - and The Pronces Trust supporting young people to develop their business ideas.
Business Emersion
We emerse ourselves in your business and help you understand and develop your core value chain. We help you identify where and how value is captured and make sure that the value is balanced between your customers, your business and your supplier ecosystem.
Coaching
The Glasshouse program gives you access to high-quality Coaching from accredited coaches - through the Europen Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) - that work alongside you for the durtion of the program. This includes a minimum of 6 x 90-minute 1-2-1 session. Ad hoc coaching is available both during and after the program as required.
